Returns

• You may return any item within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange.

• Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.

• To start a return, contact us at sales@vivi-sun.com to request a Return Authorization (RA) number.

• Include the RA number on the outside of your package and return it using a traceable and insured shipping method.

 

Exchanges

• To exchange an item for a different size or style, contact us within 30 days of receipt.

• Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.

• Request an Exchange Authorization (EA) number by emailing sales@vivi-sun.com.

• Include the EA number on the package and ship it back via a traceable and insured method.

• Once we receive your return, we’ll promptly send the replacement item.

 

Defective or Damaged Items

• If your item arrives defective or damaged, please contact us immediately at sales@vivi-sun.com.

• We may request photos and will provide instructions for return or replacement.

 

Refunds

• Refunds are issued to the original payment method after we receive and inspect the returned item.

• Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.
