Where is Vivi Sun Jewelry Located? 
Our design/production studio is based on Long Island, New York. Due to COVID-19, we have closed our store in SoHo. We hope to reopen at a new location soon. 
 
Do you make everything? 
Every piece is designed by Vivi Sun, and 90% of them are handmade by her and studio assistants.
 
Is it possible to order a necklace with a longer chain? 
Yes, we can customize a necklace to fit you best. Please contact us before you purchase an item to confirm the length and style.
 
Do you make custom designs? 
We love brainstorming with our customers to make one-of-a-kind designs for weddings, anniversaries, or any special occasion. If you like a certain design but would like a different color or shape, we’re glad to do that for you as well.
 
How long does it take to receive an order? 
It will usually take 1-2 business days for us to process your order plus the shipping period. If you need your order to arrive faster, please contact us.
 
How much is shipping cost? 
We use USPS as our carrier, and all orders are traceable. Shipping within the U.S. is USD$5 for First Class and USD$10 for Priority. Everywhere else in the world is USD$42 for International Priority. We apologize that we do not offer express shipping at this time.
 
Do I have to pay sales tax? 
If you live in the New York state, you will be charged the tax rate of 8.625% when you check out. If you live outside of NY, you will not be charged tax.
 
What forms of payment do you accept? 
We gladly accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, or regular account payments, all through PayPal. 

How secure is this store? 
This store uses PayPal for payments, and PayPal automatically encrypts your confidential information in transit from your computer to ours using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available). 

Do I need a PayPal account to purchase from this store? 
No, you are not required to have a PayPal account to purchase from this store. Although if you already have a PayPal account, you may use it.

How do I care for my jewelry? 
Most of our jewelry is made with resin, so please do not expose it to excess heat (for example: stove fire, oven heat,...etc). Please do not wear it in the shower or the pool and do not sleep with it on. When not wearing the jewelry, please always store it in the airtight bag that comes with it.
 
Do you do repairs for your jewelry? 
We stand by the products we make, so we offer free lifetime repairs (if materials are available). Please contact us for detailed information.
